Each employee is accountable for their performance. We set goals, and do our best to achieve them and take responsibility if they aren’t met.
Delighting Customers

We believe customer service is an attitude, not a department. Something that every employee needs to keep top of mind.
Be comfortable being uncomfortable

Respect people’s time

Respect people’s time

We strive to achieve success as a team while maintaining harmony between work and life. We empower our teams to work when they are most productive, whenever that may be.

Our interview process

Pre-screen with the People Team

In our Initial round you will meet with a member of our People Team for a 30 minute pre-screen phone call. The purpose of the call is for us to learn more about you, what you are looking for in a new opportunity and answer any questions you may have in regards to the role and Rewind!

Meeting your manager

Our second round consists of a one hour video call with your new potential manager. This will be an opportunity for you to ask strategic and specific questions in regards to the role, day to day activities, team structure, their vision, how it will impact the business, career growth etc.

Meeting your team

Depending on which role you are being interviewed for round three may be one of the following structures. Meeting with team, stakeholders you would be working with, interactive working/technical session or a short presentation.

Final

Depending on which role you are being interviewed for round four may be a part of the interview process. You can typically expect meeting the executive team or a presentation with Q&A.
