Our interview process

Pre-screen with the People Team

In our Initial round you will meet with a member of our People Team for a 30 Minute pre-screen phone call. The purpose of the call is for us to learn more about you, what you are looking for in a new opportunity and answer any questions you may have in regards to the role and Rewind!

Meeting your manager

Our second round consists of a one hour video call with your new potential manager. This will be an opportunity for you to ask strategic and specific questions in regards to the role, day to day activities, team structure, their vision, how it will impact the business, career growth etc.

Meeting your team

Depending on which role you are being interviewed for round three may be one of the following structures. 

One hour video call with team members  OR a  live interactive working assessment


Depending on which role you are being interviewed for round four may be one of the following structures. 

Presentation of a take home assignment OR two-hour technical interview with developers (I.T. roles)
