Test flows will not impact store metrics on Shopify, Google Analytics, or Amplitude.
Rewind Monitor tracks both hard and soft downtime on the Shopify platform itself, as well as a variety of third-party apps like Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Judge.me. See the full list of third-party apps here.
