To start backing up your account, follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Head over to Rewind Backups for Zendesk, provide your email address, and click “Request Early Access”.
  2. Once Rewind Backups for Zendesk is available in Beta, we will reach out to you to let you know. If you choose to participate, we’ll invite you to the Beta and link your Zendesk Cloud account to begin automated daily backups of your files.
