FOR ECOMMERCE

Your products disappear. Rewind puts them back.

Shopify and BigCommerce keep your store online. When an app deletes your products overnight, you own the recovery. Resilience starts there: Rewind restores a Shopify product, collection or theme.

The stakes

Store data breaks in ordinary ways. Getting it back is what takes the time.

01

One small change, one long recovery

A third-party app runs an overnight upgrade and deletes products. Nobody authorized it. The first sign is the morning number.
02

Peak is where the year's revenue lands

Those same weeks bring the product launches, the app installs and the bulk imports. Recovery is worth settling before then.
03

Everyone who can change your store

Apps, agencies and freelancers hold store access. When something breaks, teams roll back to a known-good state and keep working.
What you get

A daily copy of the store, and a way to restore from it.

Outside the store, and copied daily

Everything on this page is backed up every day, into storage Rewind runs on AWS. The copy sits outside the store. Whatever an app did overnight, yesterday's version stands.

Put one product back, or its images alone

On Shopify you pick the scope before anything moves. Rewind puts back a single product, or just the product images in bulk. The rest of the product stays exactly as it was.

On BigCommerce, products bring brands and categories

On BigCommerce, restoring products by date and time brings back the brands and categories a product needs. The restore also sets stock to the level of the version you picked.

Every store and every email tool, one account

Shopify, BigCommerce, Klaviyo and Mailchimp all run from one Rewind account. A team running more than one store has a single place to check, and a single place to restore from.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to check before the next app gets store access

Which objects can I put back, and from when?
You name the object and the day it was right. On Shopify that means one product, a collection, a page or a theme. A product comes back with its variants, each with the SKU, the price and the shipping details it had.
Every platform on this page is backed up every day. Whether you spot it within the hour or the following week, the copy from before the change is already saved. Teams restore data and resume operations without a manual rebuild.
On Klaviyo, you restore profiles and templates yourself, and a restored profile keeps its subscriptions and list memberships. Lists, tags, campaigns and events go through Restore On Request. So does every Mailchimp restore: Rewind’s team puts it back.
Your backups sit in Rewind’s own encrypted storage on AWS, separate from the store they came from. You choose the region they are stored in when you set Rewind up. Rewind is SOC 2 Type II audited and certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
