FOR PRODUCTIVITY

Pick a day and restore a board from it.

Trello and monday.com keep your boards online. When a bulk edit quietly overwrites a column, you own the recovery. Resilience starts there: Rewind restores a single monday.com item, or a whole Trello board.

The stakes

The person who can fix the workspace can also overwrite it.

01

The edit that looked like it worked

The bulk edit tidied one column and overwrote live data in the same move. The board still looks right. So the team carries on.
02

Loose permissions, hundreds of boards

Permissions stay loose because that is what gets people using the boards. So the undo has to work at the scale of a bulk edit.
03

Growth first, then governance

Teams restore data and resume operations without a manual rebuild. Resilience is what you add once the workspace matters.
What you get

Daily copies, restores you run yourself, and governance built in.

A copy of your boards, taken daily

Every day Rewind takes a fresh copy of your boards and holds it in its own AWS storage, separate from monday.com and Trello. A bad afternoon in one board leaves that copy untouched.

The undo button for a bulk edit

Every backup is dated. Work from the copy taken before the edit. On monday.com a restore can be a single item; in Trello it is the board. On both platforms you run it yourself.

On monday.com the newer work stays where it is

A Rewind restore on monday.com is additive. What you bring back is written in alongside what is already there, so the work everyone did since is still on the board.

Certified, encrypted and held on AWS

Rewind is SOC 2 Type II audited and certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, with a BAA available for HIPAA. Every backup is hosted on AWS, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions a workspace admin asks first

Somebody overwrote a column. Can I get it back?
On monday.com, restore the items from a backup taken before the edit. The values in status, date, people and text columns come back with them. Restoring the whole group at once handles a bulk edit that ran across all of it.
In Trello a board holds the lists, and each list holds the cards, so the board is the unit of recovery. Rewind puts the board back with its lists, cards and attachments. You pick which backup it comes from.
Rewind backs up every day, so every copy is dated. Work backwards to the day the board still read the way you expected. In Rewind you pick the date and time you want to go back to, and you run the restore yourself.
Your backups sit in Rewind’s storage on AWS, outside the two platforms they came from. They are encrypted in transit and at rest. You choose who you invite to your Rewind account, and Rewind holds them for one job: handing your data back when you ask.
